Privilege Tours STP, Lda informs the user that all personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves its implementing regulations.

Terms and Conditions

The texts (information, concepts, opinions and other similar elements) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code and other similar elements) that constitute the WEBSITE and are distributed through it, as well as its presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of Privilege Tours STP, LDA, or hold exploitation rights over them through agreements with third parties.

In this sense, they are protected works under Spanish and Community legislation on intellectual property, especially Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 5/1998, of March 6, on the Incorporation into Spanish Law of Directive 96/9/EC on the Legal Protection of Databases.

Privilege Tours STP, LDA does not grant any license or authorization to use its industrial or intellectual property rights or any other rights related to the WEBSITE, except by express written agreement.

Users may reproduce the contents of the WEBSITE solely for private use (storage, backup copies, or printing on paper). Any reproduction, distribution, transformation, or presentation of the contents of the WEBSITE for commercial or public purposes is expressly prohibited without written authorization from Privilege Tours STP, LDA or, where applicable, the corresponding third-party owners.

The following are specifically prohibited:

  • The use of “framing” to display pages from the WEBSITE on third-party sites without written consent.
  • Inserting images from the WEBSITE through “in-line linking” on external sites, without prior authorization.
  • The extraction and use of elements of the WEBSITE, with or without prejudice to Privilege Tours STP, LDA, in accordance with applicable law.

Express authorization is required for the establishment of hyperlinks (links) from other websites to the homepage or any internal page of the WEBSITE, provided that they appear in a full window under their own electronic address.

Cancellation Policy, Reservation Alteration and Minimum Purchase Age

  1. If you have rented a vehicle and wish to extend the rental period, you must contact our office. before the end of the current contract.
  2. Changes to delivery and return dates or conditions may result in changes to rates and vehicle availability.
  3. Promotional reservations:
    Reservations made under promotional conditions or with special rates no refunds allowed in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.
  4. Other reservations:
    For standard reservations with advance payment, the following cancellation conditions apply:
  5. Cancellations made more than 15 days before the start of the service:
    The refund will be made 100% of the amount paid.
  6. Cancellations between 8 and 15 days in advance:
    The refund will be made 50% of the amount paid.
  7. Cancellations 7 days or less before the start of the service:
    No refunds will be issued.

Vehicle Rental and Delivery Policy

Minimum age and required documentation
Privilege Tours will only rent vehicles to drivers who meet the following requirements:

  • Having at least 18 years old.
  • Dispose of valid and current driver's license.
  • Introduce valid passport or ID.
  • Having the reservation amount has been correctly paid.

Pick-up and return of the vehicle
The vehicle can be picked up at the airport or in our Offices, depending on the option selected when making the reservation.
La return must be made in the same place agreed, with the fuel tank at the same level than at the time of collection.

Deposit and delivery conditions
To ensure the correct use of the vehicle, Privilege Tours will require a deposit of €160, which must be paid at the time from the delivery of the vehicleThis amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided that the vehicle is returned in suitable condition and without damage.
